Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, and all requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact. Returns are not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect selection, wrong size, or color preference, and all sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. To request a return or exchange, customers must submit a request through the Contact Form available on the website; once approved, collection will be arranged accordingly. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt, and approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days. This policy applies to orders placed within the United Arab Emirates only.
